I am SOOO grateful for the opportunity to say I placed Top 10 in The Masters of Balayage Awards, and even more grateful to be able to share my artistry with so many people.
If you asked me as a young stylist where I would be in 20 years, I would say HERE. Where I am currently is where I always knew I would end up. Never a question of how, but WHEN.
So how did I get here?
There are 4 steps to the madness:
Gratitude.
Practice gratitude during ALL moments of your journey, even in times that instant gratification is fleeting. This has been an integral part of my journey as a stylist, and my largest piece of advice for those of you just starting out. Be sure to take the time during every opportunity to sit, reflect, and express your gratitude!
Acceptance.
Accept the things you cannot control! You will undoubtedly face many obstacles throughout your journey, that is inevitable. But! What you CAN control is how you respond to those obstacles and how you move forward to overcome them. Every "no" leads you to something even greater.
Manifesting.
Remember how I mentioned that where I currently am is where I always knew I would end up? It is SO TRUE. Consistently envisioning where and who I want to be in the future has kept me working towards those goals every day.
Most importantly, HARD WORK. Hard work is the key factor in achieving success. It requires dedication, focus, and perseverance to put in the effort necessary to achieve your goals. It is important to remember that hard work is not only physical but also mental, requiring discipline and determination! You got this!!
